You’ll work directly with the owners of John Andrew Builders, throughout the home construction process. We focus on building a limited number of quality homes each year, and you’ll benefit with personal attention and direct communication.

We’ll work with your design or help you design the home of your dreams. John Andrew Builders works with a few area drafters to ease in the design phase of building your new home. We will assist along the way to help minimize cost and maximize the functionality of your new home. This is one of the most important phases of the entire project.

We use the same hand selected sub-contractors for each home and work together as a well-trained team to execute the plan and finish the project on time and within budget.

Attention to fine detail is our specialty, and we personally complete all the finish work. Our work is a reflection of our skill and integrity. We don’t believe on skimping on quality and our workmanship is second to none.
